Adorna Carroll is the President of Dynamic Directions, Inc. an educational and sales training consulting firm. Adorna trains for private firms, state, provincial and local real estate associations all over North America. She is a highly sought after facilitator for Association Leadership Training, Leadership Academy, Strategic and Business Planning in addition to advanced skill development courses for agents and business management courses brokers, managers and team leaders. She has held numerous leadership positions at the state and national level over the years, a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame, 2016 President of the REBI – Real Estate Business Institute (formerly CRB) and is the 79th recipient of NAR’s Distinguished Service Award. Adorna has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and has been awarded five Who’s Who awards beginning with “Who’s Who of American Women”, “Finance and Industry”, “Emerging Leaders”, “Who’s Who in the East” and “Who’s Who in America.
