Georgianna Findlay Finn, having lived in Huntington Township for over 35 years and raised two children there, is deeply committed to the company she founded and the issues affecting her employees, their families and the Long Island area. Along with her husband, Lawrence, she founded a real estate brokerage firm in 1971 with one sales associate and has grown it to a dominant firm in the local market area. Today, Coach Real Estate Associates (DBA: Coach Realtors) is listed among the top 250 real estate companies in the United States with over 400 sales associates and 100 employees. As co-owner of Coach Realtors, Georgianna manages all aspects of the multi-million dollar real estate firm. She is the author of several real estate sales training programs, New York Times and other national publication articles. Georgianna has effectively trained hundreds of real estate sales agents for several brokerage firms and has been a guest speaker, panelist, and moderator at many real estate meetings and national conventions.
