Among the top producers in the Northern Colorado market, James graduated from Colorado State with a degree in Real Estate-Finance and has actively worked in real estate for over eight years. After extensive experience working with sustainability groups in Fort Collins, James founded Renewablue® in 2014 to add value to clients as they navigate the complicated world of energy efficiency while buying or selling a home. Through real estate transactions and community education, his company has provided 80+ households with energy audits in the last year and are proud of our strong working relationships with our community and public programs. James has traveled to provide Green education for Realtors at three consecutive National Association of Realtors Annual Conventions (2014-2016), teaches the NAR Green Designation course, and is an instructor for the Colorado Energy Office. James was the 2016 winner of the National Association of Realtors EverGreen Award and was previously named the 2015 Young Professional of the Year and 2013 Green Realtor of the Year by the Fort Collins Board of Realtors. Will drive within 6 hours of Fort Collins, Southwest Airlines preferred from there. Will work to create multiple engagements in the same area to offset reimburseable travel expenses. I like Air BnB, nothing fancy.
