Jill Belconis, a 30 year veteran in the mortgage business, was the former CEO of Shelter Mortgage, a leader in joint ventures with real estate companies. In addition, Jill was the first and only woman in the 67 year history to be elected YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) International Chairman. In leading other CEOs worldwide, Jill understood the true meaning of servant leadership.
