Keva has held varied leadership roles during his career, as a “Bridge Builder”. He has successfully led numerous strategic efforts requiring the alignment of people, ideas and resources to yield desired, people centered outcomes. He is a results-driven change agent, leveraging his management and leadership experience to build innovative, collaborative and demonstrated results. Keva thrives in leading startup/turn-around operations. He is a skilled communicator/facilitator, and has enjoyed success through building high performing teams. He has received several recognitions including: Urban League of Central Carolinas, Whitney M. Young award; YBM Success Leader; 25 Most Important People in Charlotte’s Start-Up Community; Life in Charlotte – Golden Ring Award/Business Diversity Champion award. Keva has served on many community and grass roots organization boards. Current board involvement includes: UNC-Charlotte Foundation Board – Chair, Governance Committee; James Ross Scholarship Fund; Venturprise Board of Directors, and BEFCOR Board of Directors. Keva is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina- Charlotte. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
